Here’s what you’ll need:
15-20 medium sized prawns
½ cup carrot julienned
¼ cup capsicum sliced
1 spring onion with leaves chopped
1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
2 tbsp butter/oil
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
Salt as per taste
Method:
- Heat up the wok and melt the butter.
- Fry the chopped ginger and garlic on high heat till light golden.
- Add the chopped spring onions and fry till softened.
- Add the cleaned deveined prawns and toss till cooked.
- Season the prawns with soy sauce, red chilli sauce, salt and pepper.
- Toss in the carrot and capsicum.
- Garnish with spring onion leaves.
- Serve with noodles or rice
